Does it mean/same as, "Do not dwell in the past, do not dream of the future, concentrate the mind on the present moment."?

I can understand this but yours..

Actually, our past is our memories - happy or sad. Yes, we don't dwell but memories do flash back into our mind - beyond control. We can't delete them, just cherish/keep them with us forever.

I believe, we all have dreams. It's dreams that we set a goal & try to achieve it for our future. Without goals, we can't go anywhere/our future may not be successful.

Whatever we have presently is what we have worked for in the past. Of course, we don't set sky high dreams beyond reach.

Therefore, we need to cherish our past, dreams of future & enjoy the present moment.
